What we can't help with
- Personalised "which exact pair should I buy" decisions by email. Start with the buyer's guide, the buyer guides and the binocular matcher — they're built to answer that with the trade-offs laid out.
- Sun-viewing shortcuts. Never look at the Sun through binoculars — permanent, instant eye damage. For solar viewing use only purpose-built, certified solar equipment, or watch at a properly equipped club event.
- Local sighting or planning questions — your local birding or astronomy club is the best source.
